Description
This is a creative writing course designed for students who wish to concentrate on poetry writing. It offers students advanced study and practice of poetry in a workshop setting. This includes the study of published work and critical discussion using poetry writing techniques and methodologies. Writers critique other class member's work during workshop and examine critically the elements of poetry creation including form, structure, and editorial processes. Prerequisite: ENGL 2343.
