Description

Preparation for the American Mock Trial Association Mock Trial Competition. Students will taek the Mock Trial case material and develop trial notebooks for prosecution and defense if the case is a criminal trial or in the case of a civil trial, plaintiff and defense cases. Students will develop witnesses in conjunction with the exhibits and affidavits made part of the trial material. Students will practice their presentation of the trial. This course will also help those Pre-Law students transition into the Legal Writing and Trial Advocacy Courses in the Pre-Law Criminal Justice Curriculum.

Course for one credit. Open to all students on campus. No prerequisites.
