Description

Fundamentals of macro social work practice amide at eliminating barriers to enhance social functions. Examines principles, theories and skills of social welfare programs for historically oppressed populations. It examines the intended and unintended consequences of public and organizational policies on the major social problems of poverty, racism, and gender. Prerequisites: SOCW 2316, ECON 2301, GOVT 2301 or GOVT 2305.
