Description
The course is a comprehensive treatment of microbial life concerning classification, morphology, physiology and genetics of the bacteria with some emphasis on virus, protozoa, algae and fungi involfed in causing diseases in humans. Three hours of lecture per week. Prerequisite: BIOL 140. Co-Requisite: BIOL 3000.
